Finance Manager – International School

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic insights, and support the school's growth. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance, and drive financial excellence across our institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements and coordinate external audits.
• Manage cash flow and maintain strong banking relationships.
• Oversee student billing, fee collection, and receivables management.
• Monitor procurement processes, operational costs, and expenditure controls to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capacity and foster growth.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, school growth initiatives, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in the education or non-profit sector is preferred.
• Experience in an international school environment is an added advantage.
