Job Description
REF: KTCM/VOL F/M/26-1 POSITION
JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Instruction: Conduct training sessions in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Sales/Marketing, or related units following approved curricula.
- Assessment: Prepare, invigilate, and mark examinations and assessments.
- Curriculum Development: Review and update training materials to reflect contemporary market and industry trends.
- Mentorship: Supervise and assess trainees during their industrial attachments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work, student attendance, and performance metrics as required by TVETA guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree, Accounting or Finance option.
- Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in training, teaching, or industry-related roles.
- CPA (K) qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Valid TVETA Trainer License (registration with TVETA) and a pedagogy training certificate will be an added advantage.
