We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales and Marketing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, recruiting and managing clients, handling loan processes, and ensuring timely collections and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any business-related field.
- KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain (C plain in Mathematics).
- Motorcycle riding skills.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing of the company's products and services.
- Recruiting and registering of new clients.
- Training, management and advising of clients.
- Issuance of loans, collection of repayments and loan appraisal for clients.
- Excellent customer/client service.
- Following up on defaults.
- Preparation and submission of reports when required.
