Job Title: Field Sales and Marketing Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, onboarding new clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any business‑related field.
- KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain (C Plain in Mathematics).
- Motorcycle riding skills.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing of the company's products and services.
- Recruiting and registering of new clients.
- Training, management and advising of clients.
- Issuance of loans, collection of repayments and loan appraisal for clients.
- Excellent customer/client service.
- Following up on defaults.
- Preparation and submission of reports when required.
