Job Title: Field Sales and Loan Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing the full loan lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing: Promote company products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Client Acquisition: Recruit, register, and onboard new clients in compliance with company procedures.
• Client Support: Train, manage, and advise clients on products, repayment schedules, and financial best practices.
• Loan Processing: Issue loans, conduct loan appraisals, and collect repayments in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Debt Collection: Follow up on delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on activities, collections, and client feedback when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any business‑related field.
• KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain (with a C Plain in Mathematics).
• Motorcycle riding skills – must possess a valid riding license and be comfortable with field travel.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
