About the Role:
A company is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Dubai to support the expansion of its enterprise SaaS sales operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing enterprise-level client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the UAE and GCC markets. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a passion for closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise markets across the UAE and GCC region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal negotiation and closure
  • Present SaaS solutions effectively to stakeholders and senior executives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and closing large-scale deals
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Must be currently based in Dubai
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and meet targets
