- Build and present compelling proposals and pricing quotations for end-to-end logistics solutions, including shipping, warehousing, and customs support.
- Lead contract negotiations with new and existing accounts, securing service agreements that balance profitability with long-term partnership potential.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure, consistently hitting or exceeding assigned monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to uncover new growth opportunities and inform pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with operations teams to design customised logistics plans that meet client specifications and operational capacity.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Track sales pipeline health, prepare regular revenue forecasts, and report progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, or international trade.
- Minimum seven years of proven experience in business development or corporate sales, with at least three years in a managerial or senior account management role.
- Demonstrable track record of generating new business and consistently achieving revenue targets within logistics, freight forwarding, clearing and forwarding, shipping, or supply chain sectors.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and CRM management skills.
