Role Overview
This position exists to turn the company’s current market potential into a steady, predictable pipeline of corporate clients. Day to day, you will be out in the field and on the phone identifying organisations that need CT, CCU, diagnostic and wellness services, then guiding those prospects from first conversation to signed agreement. You will also protect and grow the existing customer base by monitoring service usage, resolving operational obstacles and introducing additional offerings that increase each account’s long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and continuously refine a segmented database of target companies, categorised by sector, size and likely service need, and keep this data current through ongoing research and field intelligence.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through a mix of cold outreach, warm referrals, networking events, industry gatherings and face-to-face visits to key prospects.
- Engage directly with HR directors, procurement leads, HSE managers, medical officers and senior executives to diagnose their healthcare pain points and present tailored diagnostic, imaging and wellness solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customised proposals, quotations and partnership presentations that align our service packages with each client’s budget, headcount and utilisation patterns.
- Develop and formalise referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, schools and NGOs, creating a wider ecosystem that drives inbound opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts by tracking usage, addressing service delivery concerns, scheduling regular review meetings and identifying cross-sell and upsell openings.
- Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, logging every activity, deal stage and forecasted revenue, while producing weekly conversion reports and escalating any pricing, capacity or turnaround issues that threaten deal closure.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a directly related discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on B2B sales, business development or key account management experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, corporate wellness or a comparable service-led industry.
- Proven ability to map a territory, build a prospect list from scratch and achieve measurable revenue targets through structured outbound activity.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing quotations, proposals and multi-stakeholder negotiations involving procurement and clinical decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences and adapting messaging for different buyer personas.
- A self-directed work style, comfortable managing your own diary, travel schedule and reporting cadence without constant supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings, partnership development and industry events as required.
