- Collect structured feedback from schools and relay it internally to inform product updates and customer success strategies.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing cycles to meet monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school staff to encourage long-term retention and referrals.
- Represent the brand at school visits, events, or workshops to build awareness and trust in the EdTech offering.
- Collaborate with the broader team to refine sales pitches, feedback loops, and support processes for maximum impact.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A genuine interest in education and how technology can improve learning outcomes in Africa.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with school leaders and teachers.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset – you are comfortable working independently and taking initiative to close deals.
- Resilience and grit: you can maintain motivation even when leads fall through and continue pursuing new opportunities.
- Willingness to put in extended hours when needed, including evenings or weekends, to meet client needs or deadlines.
- No previous work experience is mandatory, but any background in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
