You will spend your days visiting schools across Kenya, introducing educators to educational technology tools that reshape classroom and administrative practices. Your core mission is to bring new schools onto the platform while ensuring existing customers feel supported and heard, turning their feedback into actionable insights that keep the product ahead of competitors. This role directly contributes to making quality education more accessible and efficient throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities

- Onboard newly signed schools, guiding administrators and teachers through initial setup and usage.
- Check in regularly with existing customers to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and gather suggestions for improvement.
- Track and report customer feedback to product and strategy teams, helping shape product roadmaps and customer success initiatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new school sign-ups and account expansions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with seasonal campaigns or product launches.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Genuine interest in education and technology’s role in transforming learning outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with school leaders and teachers.
- Self-motivated approach: you can plan your own week, manage your time, and stay productive without constant supervision.
- Resilience and grit – you understand that rejection is part of sales and can bounce back quickly to pursue the next opportunity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when school events or deadlines require it.
- No prior sales experience is required, though any background in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
