The Business Development Analyst will be part of the Business Development team which will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, and expanding the company’s presence in the industry
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This involves conducting market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customers, and partnerships.
- They actively seek out new collaborations, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances to expand the company’s product portfolio and market research.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, healthcare organizations, regulatory authorities, and partners.
- They engage in effective negotiation and contract management to secure new business deals and ensure favorable terms.
- They analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to develop strategic plans and recommendations for business growth.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for all key client matters, ensuring timely and accurate communication and addressing any issues swiftly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and healthcare teams, to deliver solutions and achieve mutual success.

- Bachelor of science degree in Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences, Business, Pharmacy or any other related field
- Strong numerical proficiency, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and key accounts management.
