Role Overview

- Oversee cash handling and reconciliation, making sure every transaction follows the restaurant’s financial controls.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints related to food quality and service, taking corrective action to minimise future issues.
- Conduct routine taste tests and store audits to confirm food and drink items meet palatability and flavour standards.
- Spend at least 95% of working time on the floor, supervising service, managing takeaway and delivery orders, and ensuring prompt, accurate billing.
- Guide staff in suggestive selling, introduce new menu items to guests, and maintain high hygiene standards at the cashier station and dining area.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Food & Beverage Service, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- At least two years of front-of-house operations experience, or experience as a stand-in manager or management trainee in the service or food-and-beverage industry.
