LALS Group is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Clerk to join its warehouse team in Dubai. The role is suitable for candidates who have strong counting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for checking, recording, and reconciling incoming and outgoing goods while coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams. This position requires accuracy in documentation, stock handling, and following warehouse procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Check quantities against delivery notes, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Record received, dispatched, damaged, or missing items correctly.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities when required.
• Ensure product quantities and descriptions match relevant documentation.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate tally sheets, inventory records, and warehouse documentation.
• Support stock counts and physical inventory checks.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth movement of goods.
• Follow warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
• Assist in organizing stock and storage areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Controller.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or stock control roles is preferred.
• Good numerical and counting skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Ability to read and verify delivery and inventory documents.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Excel or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
