Description:
BAIC UAE is currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Supervisor to oversee showroom and branch operations at its Abu Dhabi location. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in automotive dealership operations, leadership, and customer service who are ready to take the next step in their career within the automotive industry.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day showroom activities, supporting sales performance, and ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience throughout their interaction with the brand. Candidates with excellent communication abilities, team management skills, and prior UAE automotive industry exposure are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily showroom and branch operations to ensure smooth business activities
• Lead and coordinate sales and operational staff to achieve business and performance targets
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Monitor showroom appearance, operational efficiency, and overall branch performance
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving dealership sales objectives
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
• Coordinate with management to improve branch operations and customer experience
• Ensure staff productivity, discipline, and effective teamwork within the branch
• Prepare operational reports and assist in implementing process improvements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive showroom operations or branch supervision is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• UAE automotive industry experience will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
