Branch Manager will oversee the full operations of the bakery branch, ensure smooth workflow, maintain high customer satisfaction, and manage staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and hands?on experience in the UAE market.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the UAE (preferably in F&B or retail management)
- Strong leadership and team?management skills
- Ability to communicate in Arabic, English, and Hindi
- Good understanding of customer service and store operations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast?paced environments
