A growing organization is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to support the expansion of its Ice Cream Division across the UAE market. This role is ideal for sales professionals with HORECA experience who are passionate about building client relationships and achieving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and consistently meeting sales targets. Candidates with experience in the ice cream, frozen food, or dairy industry will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand sales within the HORECA sector across the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Promote products and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE HORECA sales experience.
• Experience in ice cream, frozen food, or dairy sales is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
