Your time here helps the company meet its corporate social responsibility goals by developing young talent and strengthening the link between academic learning and industry expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist departmental supervisors with daily operational tasks relevant to your field of study, such as field inspection, seed sampling, data entry, or routine administrative duties.
  • Participate in hands-on activities across the seed value chain, including crop monitoring, harvesting support, seed processing, packaging, or laboratory testing, depending on your assigned department.
  • Document observations, prepare reports, and present findings to your supervisor at agreed intervals to demonstrate learning progress and practical understanding.
  • Follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards while handling equipment, materials, and sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members on assigned projects, contributing to workflow efficiency and gaining exposure to cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks performed and hours worked, as required for your institution's attachment logbook or evaluation process.
  • Identify areas of improvement in assigned processes and share constructive feedback with your supervisor where appropriate.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognised university or college pursuing a degree or diploma in agriculture, agribusiness, seed science, crop production, agronomy, food science, business administration, human resources, finance, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Must be in your final year or at a stage where the attachment is a mandatory component of your study programme, with a formal letter of introduction from your institution.
  • Strong willingness to learn, take direction, and work in both field and office settings.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets, for documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward undertaking assigned duties.
