We are currently hiring an Assistant HR & Operations to support day-to-day human resources activities along with general business operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a professional work environment.

  • Assist with HR and people operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, employee communication, and HR documentation
  • Support employee coordination activities and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Handle HR-related paperwork and ensure documents are properly organized and updated
  • Work confidently with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reports, records, and presentations
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks related to overall business operations
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal processes
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
