Accent Industries FZC is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant HR & Admin Manager to join their growing team in the UAE. The company is known for delivering high-quality prefabricated buildings, modular solutions, and complete site facility services across various industries. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can effectively support both human resources and administrative functions while contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relations across the organization

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies

• Manage administrative functions, including office operations and facility coordination

• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reporting systems

• Develop, monitor, and analyze HR KPIs such as attendance, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, productivity, and recruitment metrics

• Prepare and present detailed monthly HR reports with insights and actionable recommendations for management

• Assist in formulating and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• 5–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the UAE

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices

• Hands-on experience with HR analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
