Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect / Interior Designer to become part of our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and design expertise along with the ability to handle complete project requirements from concept to execution.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professionally experienced, and capable of working within Dubai’s fast-paced construction and interior design environment. You will be expected to contribute to both design development and authority-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams
• Support authority submissions and approval processes in Dubai
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant field
• Membership with the Emirates Society of Engineers (preferred or may be required depending on project scope)
• Valid UAE residency visa
• Ability to register under the company if required
• Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Project coordination and execution
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DMCC, DHA, and other authority procedures is an advantage
