Role Overview
The Creative Designer shapes how every Simba Corporation Motors franchise and campaign appears visually, from a single social post to a full showroom or launch environment. This is a hands-on production role: you take briefs from marketing, product and brand teams and turn them into concepts, key visuals, templates and finished assets that follow principal brand rules and connect with the intended buyer. Your work keeps campaigns consistent across digital, print, events and retail spaces, while your delivery discipline keeps the marketing calendar moving without weakening quality or approval requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert campaign, launch and model briefs into creative concepts and key visuals, then adapt them consistently across every required channel, format and touchpoint; contribute visual thinking to campaign planning and art-direct product photo or video shoots alongside the Digital Marketing Executive and agencies, supplying shot lists and visual references.
- Design digital work including social assets for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, paid media variations for testing, email campaigns, website banners and model page graphics; create wireframes, mock-ups and UI layouts for site and landing page updates and work with technical teams to see them built correctly.
- Produce print and on-ground materials such as brochures, specification sheets, price lists, flyers, dealer point-of-sale graphics, window and wall displays, standees, banners, vehicle display cards, out-of-home artwork and vehicle branding, preparing print-ready files with correct bleed, colour profiles and specifications and signing off proofs before production.
- Create motion and multimedia content, including motion graphics, animations, short-form video edits, model reveal animations, feature explainers and animated specification pieces for launches, campaigns, social channels and digital screens.
- Design event, launch and activation artwork — stage backdrops, branded tents, signage, merchandise and presentation or on-screen content — and coordinate with below-the-line and activations colleagues so deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
- Apply franchise brand guidelines, principal corporate identity rules and Simba Corporation/dealer co-branding standards accurately; build and maintain master templates for social, print, point-of-sale and presentation formats; submit artwork for approval and track it through sign-off while keeping working files organised, version-controlled and handed into the shared digital asset library.
- Support sales, aftersales and internal teams with presentation decks, model comparison sheets, fleet or tender proposal artwork, vehicle livery and fleet branding mock-ups, parts and service promotions, and corporate-standard internal communications.
- Run brief intake by confirming scope, formats, deadlines and approvers before starting; manage several brand projects at once; brief, manage and quality-check printers, fabricators, vehicle branding suppliers and production partners; track requests, turnaround and revision rounds and raise bottlenecks early; stay current with design trends, platform specifications and tools, use AI-assisted design where it improves speed and variation without weakening brand or OEM compliance, and review creative performance with digital marketing and media buying colleagues to inform future work.

- Experience designing for multiple brands simultaneously while keeping each visual identity distinct.
- A proven track record of carrying work from initial concept through to print and production, including managing external vendors.
- Previous experience in a creative or advertising agency setting.
- Familiarity with automotive, mobility or another considered-purchase industry.
- Experience working within global principal or OEM brand guidelines and their approval processes.
