Description:
Ontario Architecture & Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Architect to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing architectural projects within the UAE market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initial concept development through final execution. The position offers the chance to contribute to innovative and high-quality architectural solutions across a variety of projects throughout the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and project requirements
• Manage projects throughout all stages, from planning and design to execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Support project delivery while maintaining quality and timeline objectives
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong experience working on projects within the UAE
• Preference for candidates with Dubai Municipality approval and related experience
• Excellent design, coordination, and project management abilities
• Ability to manage projects from concept development through completion
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE architectural standards and regulations
• Project planning and coordination processes
• Design development and construction documentation
• Stakeholder and project management practices
