Description:
Levantine Healthcare, based in Business Bay, Dubai, is currently expanding its team and is looking for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join its growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to design development and technical execution of architectural projects, particularly within healthcare and commercial environments.
This is a mid-level position suited for professionals with solid architectural experience who are eager to contribute to meaningful, high-quality design work in a professional and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts using industry-standard software.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and technical compliance.
• Prepare detailed plans, 3D models, and visual presentations for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with healthcare or commercial project standards and regulations.
• Support project development from concept stage through to execution.
• Maintain documentation and assist in project revisions and updates.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience (UAE or international experience accepted).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare or commercial projects will be considered an advantage.
• Currently based in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong design thinking, creativity, and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Please note: Senior candidates with 9+ years of experience are not being considered for this role.
