🚨 Hiring: Approval Officer
📍 Location: MBZ City, Abu Dhabi, UAE
A well-established healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Approval Officer to become part of its expanding medical operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience managing medical insurance approvals and coordinating with healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
The selected candidate will play an important role in handling insurance authorization processes, maintaining smooth communication with insurers and TPAs, and supporting clinical departments through efficient approval management. Candidates who are passionate about healthcare administration and operational excellence are encouraged to apply.
🔎 Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in a medical or healthcare-related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of UAE medical insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) — mandatory requirement
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience within the UAE in a similar approval or insurance coordination role
- Prior exposure to ophthalmology clinics or multi-specialty hospital environments will be considered an advantage
- Medical coding certification and practical coding experience will be an added benefit
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and capable of adapting to different hospital information systems
- Candidates should be available to join within 1–2 months
