Description:
A company based in Dubai is currently hiring an Ambassador – Customer Excellence to join its team. The role involves providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels including calls, emails, and chats. The selected candidate will ensure a high-quality customer experience while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering professional and timely customer support through calls, emails, and chats
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive service experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Adhering to service quality standards, procedures, and departmental protocols

Requirements for the role:

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the UAE, ideally within the financial sector
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer support environment, handling calls, emails, or chats
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with professional etiquette
  • Candidates must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately
