Al Razouki Exchange is currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Alternate Compliance Officer (ACO) to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in compliance, particularly within the UAE exchange sector, who are looking to contribute to a reputable and growing financial organization.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting internal policies, and maintaining adherence to applicable financial regulations. A strong understanding of compliance frameworks and relevant certifications will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory requirements and financial compliance standards
• Assist in identifying and mitigating compliance risks within the organization
• Conduct compliance reviews and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all operations align with regulatory guidelines
• Stay updated with changes in compliance laws and industry practices
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance or a related field

• Professional certifications such as ACAMS or equivalent are highly desirable
