Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Portal Administrator to manage property listings across major platforms. The role involves ensuring listing accuracy, optimizing performance, and coordinating leads with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, update, and manage property listings across multiple portals
- Ensure accuracy of property details, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Optimize listings to improve visibility and lead generation
- Monitor listing performance and handle renewals, edits, and removals
- Manage bulk uploads, portal integrations, and CRM synchronization
- Track incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
- Maintain listing standards in line with portal guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for property updates and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate portal management (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with property portals and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of listing optimization and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple listings accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with bulk upload tools and XML/API integrations
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or SEO for listings
- Understanding of real estate operations
