We are a growing real estate company looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our team. If you love keeping things organized, enjoy working with people, and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

You’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting agents, managing transactions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from listing to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and property showings
  • Prepare and process listing agreements and contracts
  • Coordinate transactions from listing to closing
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors
  • Maintain and update MLS listings
  • Organize files and manage document systems
  • Assist with marketing materials and property promotions
  • Handle general office administration and client inquiries

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
  • Familiarity with MLS systems is a plus
