Admin (Work Coordination)
Roofcare Insulation Contracting (Specialized in Commercial & Residential Waterproofing Works)
We are looking for a competent Admin Candidate to handle work coordination and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on Quotations and LPOs
- Manage work schedules, job follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Handle office documentation, emails, and client communication
- Maintain records and updates using ODOO ERP system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in admin / work coordination (waterproofing industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Quotation & LPO preparation
- Proficiency in ODOO ERP (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- UAE experience is an advantage
Location: UAE Salary: 2000 - 3000 AED
