Admin (Work Coordination)

Roofcare Insulation Contracting (Specialized in Commercial & Residential Waterproofing Works)

We are looking for a competent Admin Candidate to handle work coordination and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on Quotations and LPOs

• Manage work schedules, job follow-ups, and basic reporting

• Handle office documentation, emails, and client communication

• Maintain records and updates using ODOO ERP system

Requirements:

• Proven experience in admin / work coordination (waterproofing industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Quotation & LPO preparation

• Proficiency in ODOO ERP (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

• Good communication and organizational skills

• UAE experience is an advantage

Location: UAE Salary: 2000 - 3000 AED
