Our business company is seeking to employ a professional administrative employee and personal assistant with strong organizational and coordination skills to support senior management in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing direct administrative and executive support to senior management.
Organizing and managing daily administrative and executive tasks.
Follow up on logistics, including meetings, visits and arrangements.
Coordinating between clients and departments and following up on related matters
Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure smooth processing according to company procedures.
Preparing official correspondence and periodic reports.
Organizing and maintaining confidential files and records.
Communicate professionally with clients and third parties, reflecting the company's image.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written (preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative work or as a personal assistant.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
-Experience in logistical coordination.
-The ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently between clients and departments.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
