We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant/ Showroom Sales Admin
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? We're looking for an efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly!
Position: Administrative Assistant/Showroom Sales Admin
Location: Industrial Area 2, Street No 18, Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing calendars.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
