Description:

A prestigious private office based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is currently seeking a polished and highly organised Administration Assistant to support the Operations Director and senior leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated junior administrator who is eager to grow within a structured, fast-paced, and professional environment.

The selected candidate will be exposed to a dynamic work setting where responsibilities will vary daily, requiring adaptability, discretion, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diary coordination and schedule appointments for senior leadership

• Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary planning

• Provide general administrative and office support across departments

• Prepare materials for meetings, reports, and expense tracking

• Conduct research and support ongoing project tasks and assignments

• Assist with both corporate and personal administrative requests as required

• Maintain organized records and ensure proper document handling

• Support smooth daily office operations in a professional environment

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
