Join our dynamic team as an Admin Accountant and play a key role in managing both accounting and administrative operations of our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records

Prepare invoices, receipts, and monthly/quarterly financial reports

Process payroll including salary calculation, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and ensure timely disbursement

Ensure compliance with labor laws, WPS (UAE), and other statutory requirements

Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and reimbursements

Monitor and control office expenses, petty cash, and procurement

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Maintain vendor accounts, coordinate payments, and handle vendor relationships

Support internal and external audits with proper documentation

Oversee administrative tasks, office operations, and record keeping

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–4 years of experience in accounting and payroll management

Proficiency in Office (especially Excel) and accounting software

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and handle confidential information
