Hold relevant academic qualifications (PhD or equivalent in Psychology or related fields).
Have prior teaching, supervision, or research experience in clinical, counselling, forensic, or cognitive psychology disciplines.

Be familiar with international accreditation standards, postgraduate supervision, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with USIU Africa’s mission of delivering globally accredited degree programs to a diverse student body.
Role‑specific expectations:
Adjunct Faculty: Teach, supervise, and mentor students in specialized psychology programs, contribute to curriculum development, and support research initiatives.
