Accounts/Sales Coordinator

Experts Precision Electrical is currently hiring a dedicated and organized Accounts cum Sales Coordinator to support both accounting functions and sales coordination activities. This role is well-suited for candidates who are detail-focused, proactive in customer follow-ups, and experienced in handling documentation and coordination tasks.

• Support daily accounting activities and assist with basic financial and record-keeping tasks
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and documentation
• Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and coordination to maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate sales and accounting documents
• Ensure timely updates of records related to sales transactions and accounts
• Assist in internal coordination between accounts, sales, and operations teams
• Maintain organized files and ensure documentation is properly recorded and accessible
• Contribute to smooth office operations by supporting administrative and coordination needs
• Candidates with strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills will be preferred
