Job Summary:
- We are a reputable hotel based in Nanyuki seeking to recruit a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice verification and processing
- Supplier/vendor payments /Supplier Reconciliations
- Petty cash management
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense tracking
- VAT/Tax procedures
- Filing Statutory deductions
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA Part II or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel-Mc,Sun system & Opera Pms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accuracy in financial records in tha.nickolee.hotel
