We are looking to hire a Female Administrative & Accounts Assistant to support our office operations and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic, well-organized, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in English and Arabic
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoices, and records
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office requirements
- Support the accounts and management team as required
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in Tally ERP is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
