Accounting Manager

SuperiorMed Group is hiring a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead its finance department and support the continued growth of its healthcare operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional capable of managing end-to-end accounting processes and ensuring compliance with international and local financial standards.

The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and overall accounting operations. The position demands strong technical expertise in US GAAP standards along with hands-on experience in UAE taxation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete accounting function and manage month-end closing activities.

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare audit-ready documentation.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll (WPS), and cash flow management.

• Supervise and support the Operations Accountant in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.

• Strong experience in US GAAP financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.

• Previous audit management experience is preferred.

• Big 4 background will be considered an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
