A growing organization is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Receivable Executive to join its Finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a B.Com graduate, whether a fresh graduate seeking to start a professional accounting career or a candidate with up to two years of UAE experience.
The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, accounts receivable processes, financial record maintenance, and reporting tasks. The role offers valuable exposure to various finance functions while providing opportunities to develop practical accounting and administrative skills within a professional work environment.
The ideal applicant should possess strong attention to detail, good organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn while supporting the Finance team in achieving departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
• Record, update, and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Support bank reconciliation and account reconciliation activities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment-related matters.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 2 years of UAE accounting experience is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
