Description:

A growing real estate organization in Business Bay, Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial reporting, taxation, and day-to-day accounting operations, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.

The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, support financial reporting, and contribute to budgeting and audit activities. The role offers excellent career growth opportunities within a dynamic and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and account reconciliations.

• Handle UAE VAT filings, Corporate Tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting principles.

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
