Accountant

We are hiring a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations for a private office setup in Dubai. The successful candidate will take full ownership of books of accounts, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support financial reporting requirements in a confidential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries
• Prepare trial balances, ledgers, and management reports
• Reconcile bank statements and cash records regularly
• Monitor and document expenses
• Support internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or equivalent)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, reconciliation, financial reporting)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
