Travel Agency Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Position Overview
Bin Saleh Travel LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Travel Agency Accountant (Arabic Speaker) with proven experience in the UAE travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection
Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Upload invoices to government and private portals and track LPO status
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date accounting records
Prepare periodic financial reports and management reports
Perform tax computations, including VAT, Municipality Fees (MF), and Tourism Taxes, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Reconcile receivables with GDS and travel booking systems
Manage commission accounting, including calculation, tracking, and reconciliation
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience within a travel agency in the UAE (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of travel industry accounting practices and systems
Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational capability
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
