Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Administrator/Accountant to support administrative operations accounts and project coordination activities. The role involves documentation control, vendor coordination, basic estimation support, and close coordination with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Project Support
- Maintain office records, project files, and documentation
- Manage emails, calls, and document flow
- Assist with project schedules, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Vendor & Procurement Support
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
- Request and compare quotations
- Track material deliveries and resolve issues
- Assist in preparing LPOs and procurement documentation
Estimation & Finance Support
- Assist in preparing basic cost estimates for materials and services
- Track project expenses and budgets
- Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with finance team for VAT-related documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience in CCTV, Home Automation, or Networking industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of procurement and estimation processes
