The Account Strategist will serve as a key client-facing advisor, responsible for developing recruitment marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate complex hiring challenges into effective marketing and talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies aligned with client goals.
• Translate hiring challenges into actionable campaign plans and recommendations.
• Optimize media, messaging, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance research, strategy, and workflow efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including media, creative, and analytics.
• Act as a strategic advisor for assigned clients and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, recruitment marketing, or client services.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into recommendations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
