Description:

Mirage Capital Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Quality Assurance Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality lead management processes across Sales and Leasing operations, improving CRM accuracy, and enhancing overall sales performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring lead handling activities, verifying client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups within the CRM system. This position plays a key role in identifying process gaps and supporting improvements to maximize conversion rates and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and audit lead handling processes across Sales and Leasing teams.

• Contact clients to verify service quality and response times.

• Ensure all leads are accurately updated and tracked in the CRM system.

• Follow up on unassigned, delayed, or inactive leads.

• Support lead redistribution to improve conversion opportunities.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

• Generate reports on lead quality, response performance, and CRM compliance.

Requirements:

• Real estate experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience working with CRM systems.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Ability to identify operational issues and ensure proper resolution
