Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketer to spearhead our online client acquisition and paid advertising ecosystem. Your primary objective is to build, execute, and optimize profitable paid media funnels that generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This position bridges technical performance marketing with innovative content design; you will guide our online assets from technical target-audience mapping and real-time budget adjustments through to graphic compilation and conversion analysis. The role demands an agile digital native who understands the algorithms of modern search and social platforms and can seamlessly convert web traffic into loyal consumers.

Key Areas of Accountability

Paid Media Deployment & Budget Optimization

  • Formulate, launch, and carefully monitor end-to-end paid acquisition frameworks across Google Ads and Meta Ads managers.
  • Adjust bidding mechanics, keyword matching variables, and custom audience segments in real time to reach assigned key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage assigned ad spends methodically, minimizing acquisition leaks while scaling top-performing ad sets.
  • Conduct continuous A/B split tests on landing page layouts, heading text, and visual assets to maximize campaign conversion efficiency.

Media Analytics & Revenue Tracking

  • Monitor across-the-board user navigation pathways and conversions utilizing Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite dashboards.
  • Extract, synthesize, and present granular weekly and monthly performance reports detailing cost-per-lead, click-through rates, and attribution insights.
  • Apply thorough data diagnostics to discover structural bottlenecks in the sales funnel and deploy actionable corrections.

Content Creation & Brand Representation

  • Construct highly engaging digital banners, video shorts, and marketing layouts using Canva or matching design systems.
  • Brainstorm with creative writers to deliver persuasive, action-oriented advertising copy tailored to unique consumer psychographics.
  • Protect brand uniformity, aesthetic standards, and corporate messaging angles across all active digital channels.

Social Commerce & Growth Strategy

  • Schedule, automate, and expand our corporate social footprint across primary networks using Hootsuite or related automation toolkits.
  • Interface directly with online comments and inquiries to build a vibrant, responsive community and elevate brand authority.
  • Monitor competitor ad trends, emerging digital platform updates, and local social shifts to retain a clear marketplace advantage.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Professional Credentials: Mandatory Google Certification covering Digital Marketing, Search Ads, or Performance Measurement frameworks.
  • Paid Media Longevity: Minimum of 2 years of progressive, verified experience directly building and tweaking Google Ads and Meta Ads engines.
  • Technical Software Suite: Deep practical familiarity working with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Canva, and social publishing software.
  • Commercial Track Record: Demonstrated history of running successful paid campaigns that translated directly into verifiable business revenue or sales leads.

Tactical Competencies

  • Analytical Interpretation: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to draw clear, actionable growth strategies from complex data tables.
  • Creative Articulation: Strong visual design eye combined with brilliant copywriting skills to execute engaging campaigns independently.
  • Autonomous Execution: Highly disciplined and timeline-conscious, with a proven ability to map monthly campaign schedules and hit performance numbers under independent commission goals.
