Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
- ensuring general office cleanliness;
- collecting and dispatching mails;
- preparing and serving beverages;
- operating basic office equipment; and
- ensuring safe custody of the office facilities.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
- Be a Kenyan Citizen;
- Certificate in any general office training and experience in office administration will be an added advantage;
