Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing efforts, drive brand growth, and oversee content creation across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a creative leader with a strong background in campaign management and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the content or creative team to ensure high-quality output and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Oversee brand governance, ensuring consistency across all communications and materials.
  • Manage content management systems and support performance reporting to track campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • CIM Level 6 or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Experience supervising or leading a content or creative team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with brand governance, content management systems, and performance reporting.
