Job Description

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented business development professional to build and maintain strong corporate client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent project management, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining existing and building new corporate client relationships to achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly and quarterly objectives to internal stakeholders; identify areas of concern and assist in generating solutions.
  • Participate in budget planning and development.
  • Create, implement, and monitor tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives.
  • Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Promote cooperation and ensure positive stakeholder relations through active stakeholder and community engagement.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a business development environment, with a minimum of 3 years at management level.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations will be an added advantage.
