Field Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets in the retail sector. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy building strong client relationships, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with retail customers to promote products and drive sales growth
- Execute field sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and store personnel
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Age: 23–40 years
- Education: Post-high school certificate
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement
- Proven sales experience in the retail sector
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or beauty industry sales is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and field sales skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
